Park Rules and Regulations:

Key Pen Parks welcomes you to all our facilities and hopes that you enjoy your visit. The Park District asks that park patrons observe the following rules for our parks.


Home Park
  • Park hours are from dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted or authorized by Key Pen Parks.
  • Parking is at owner's risk.
  • Dogs and/or domestic animals must be kept on a leash no longer than 8ft.
  • Exclusive use of any of the park facilities is by reservation with Park District.
  • Brush picking is prohibited without the express written permission of the Parks District.
  • Loitering in vehicles is prohibited.
  • No firearms or fireworks are permitted.
  • No open fires.
  • Household and/or commercial garbage dumping prohibited.
  • Golfing is prohibited.
  • Vendors must approved by Key Pen Parks.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

This facility is regularly inspected by staff of Key Peninsula Metro Park District. Should you see any problems, or have concerns regarding the safety of this facility, please call 253-884-9240 to advise.

 

 

Volunteer Park

  • Park hours are from dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted or authorized by Key Pen Parks.
  • Parking is at owner's risk.
  • Dogs and/or domestic animals must be kept on a leash no longer than 8ft.
  • Exclusive use of any of the park facilities will be by Park District reservation.
  • Brush picking is prohibited without the express written permission of the Parks District.
  • Loitering in vehicles is prohibited.
  • No firearms or fireworks are permitted.
  • No open fires except in designated area.
  • Household and/or commercial garbage dumping prohibited.
  • Golfing is prohibited.
  • Vendors must approved by Key Pen Parks.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited or only with special permit.

Skate Park

  • Skate at your own risk. This Park is not supervised.
  • OPEN 8:00 AM to sunset
  • Safety helmet and equipment should be worn at all times.
  • Skating against traffic is not permitted.
  • Ramps must be clear of other skaters before you proceed.
  • Bicycles and BMX's are not permitted.
  • Spectators are to stay off skating areas at all times.
  • Alcohol, smoking, drugs, or glass containers are not
    allowed.
  • Profanity, loud music, bad behavior, or recklessness is not allowed.

PLEASE SKATE RESPECTFULLY AND HAVE FUN

WARNING: This facility is used by experience and inexperience skaters. Serious injury may result from being hit by a skateboard, falling, or colliding.

 

 

Rocky Creek Conservation Area

  • Open during daylight hours only.
  • Dumping of trash prohibited.
  • Overnight camping prohibited.
  • Motorized vehicles prohibited on trails.
  • Cutting or destruction of plant life prohibited.
  • Hunting prohibited.
