Reserve the Gateway Park Pavilion for private use.
There are 10 picnic tables in full pavilion, 5 tables in 1/2 pavilion. Parties of 50-99 people need the full pavilion. 100+ require special use permit.
Scheduling:
Rentals are available in 4-hour preset blocks of time.
(10:00AM - 2:00PM anytime and 3:00PM - 7:00PM March 21 to September 20 only)
Cancellation:
Cancellations accepted up to 21 days in advance of reserved date. Credit card fees are not refundable and a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Pavilion Rental Requirements:
- Book online at least 7 days in advance
- Large events (100+ people) require a Special Use Permit - not a pavilion rental
- Obey all Key Pen Parks rules including:
- No pop-up tents allowed
- No inflatable bounce houses
- No amplified music
- No charcoal grills
- No use of tobacco, vape products, or alcohol
- No electricity available
- No water available

Host your own event at Key Pen Parks with a Special Use Permit!
- Special Use Permit Application must be submitted at least 90 days in advance of the event date.
- Certificate of Liability Insurance covering event date(s) required
- TPCHD Temporary Food Permit required to serve or sell food
- Approved event site-map required
- Traffic control officer(s) may be required for large events
- Sale, distribution, or consumption of alcohol requires permission of Key Pen Parks and proper permits
- All Key Pen Parks rules remain in force during private events at Parks properties
