Picnic Shelter Rental Prices...

Our credit card processor charges a 3% fee per transaction, so your final price at checkout will automatically reflect this additional charge.

KPP District Resident's Rates:

Gateway Park Pavilion
Full Rental: $75/2 hours
  • Each additional hour: $30
1/2 Rental: $45/2 hours
  • Each additional hour: $15

Non-Residents of KPP District Rates:

Gateway Park Pavilion
Full Rental: $100/2 hours
  • Each additional hour: $40
1/2 Rental: $60/2 hours
  • Each additional hour: $25

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Fee: A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds requested more than 7 days before the rental start date.
  • Cancellations Within 7 Days: Refunds and credits will not be granted for cancellations within 7 days of the picnic shelter rental start date. However, exceptions may be considered for uncontrollable situations, subject to approval by the Executive Director.
  • Exceptions for Uncontrollable Situations: Exceptions for uncontrollable situations may include unforeseen emergencies or circumstances beyond your control. Please contact us promptly to discuss your situation. Note: Rainy weather, while inconvenient, is not considered an uncontrollable situation for refund purposes.
  • Reprocessing Fee for Returned Checks: A $40.00 reprocessing fee will be charged for returned checks.

 If you reside within the blue border of this map, you are eligible for the Key Pen Parks District rate for rental of the pavilion and shelters.  The cut off points are 160th St. NW, Kitsap County, East Victor, Mason County, and across the spit on the Purdy side of Pierce County.
